I am enclosing my cheque for your invoice number 634(just today back from france!). We have a berkswell hall board meeting tomorrow and i will pass your invoice for the work to No 16 to Pennycuick for immediate payment.

Steve, I would like to note here what i have said to you on the telephone. I was most impressed with every aspect of the service that i recieved from hickenbuild - the quality of workmanship and the attitude and attention of both yourself and everyone of your people who worked here was exemplary. I will not hesitate to recommend you to others, and have passed my comments to our managing agents
