Dear Mr Hicken,
                             As you are of course aware, we have had two leaks eminating from the bathroom of the flat above - No 52. During that time, we have had several of your tradesmen to carry out the many jobs required to repair the damage to our bathroom. We must congratulate you on the profossionalism of your staff who have carried out their work in a pleasant and efficent manner and who have understood our fustration at the long time it took to get the bathroom working properly again.
                             We were pleased with the outcome.
