Dear Mr Hicken,
                      
As promised a letter from us to say how pleased we were with the work completed by your teams and apologise for the delay. They were all good men and worked well together, cleaning up after themselves every day. They all spoke highly of their employer and treated us with respect - probably spoilt them with regular coffee/tea.

We hope temporary work on the roof will hold at least over this winter. Receipt is enclosed for the repair to the hoover. Once again thankyou and your team for the prompt attention given, and we not hesitate to recommend hickenbuild to anyone who has a need for repair for improvements. A copy of this letter has been sent to Pennycuick Collins.
