Dear Mr. Hicken,
                              Thankyou so much for all your assistance in cleaning, decorating and installing a new cooker and strip lighting at the above property, following a chippan fire on 15th of april 2009.
  In addition to the work involved in returning the property to its origional condition, your men moved the furniture and its contents. Following redecoration they put the furniture back to its original positioned place many contents back into the cupboards, etc.
  You have a wonderful team of work men who are not only extremly polite but very, very efficient.
